Who We Are
ADA Check is dedicated to assisting facilities across various sectors in achieving compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our mission is to ensure that every individual, regardless of their abilities, can access and enjoy all public and private spaces. We balance that passion with a strong commitment to organizations who are making good faith efforts to remain compliant with the complexities of ADA, 504, and other relevant accessibility regulations. Our shared goal is to prevent compliance issues or potential legal matters arising from known or unknown risks with policies, facilities, and programs. Our two-fold mission is to Empower Accessibility and Inclusion within the disabilities community while Ensuring Compliance for your agency, organization, or business.
Our lives have been directly impacted by physical and developmental disabilities. Founders Tabitha and Justin Brooks are parents of 3 children who have varying physical and developmental disabilities and the complexities of their journey led to a passionate pursuit of Empowering Accessibility and Ensuring Compliance. Justin is a certified ADA Coordinator through the University of Missouri ADACC program in concert with the Great Plains ADA Center. All of our ADA Coordinators have also been directly impacted by personal experiences and bring passion along with key industry expertise from the public and private sectors. Our Education ADA Coordinators are licensed Special Educators, certified through the ADACC, and also have their own personal experiences with disabilities.
